The London region will be hosting an academy selection day on 13th of September 2014 at St Mary's University Twickenham.
The trial will comprise a swim trial followed by a run trial. The swim is in an indoor pool and the run is on a tartan track.
You may dive at the start of the swim. You may wear spikes for the run.
The distances are determined by your age on the day of the trial:
16 or under : 200m swim, 1500m run.
17 or older : 400m swim, 3000m run
The trials are open to anyone eligible to represent GB and 14 or over.

National Talent Squad Selection
Selection for the England National Talent Squad is through the Regional Academy. Athletes nominated by their Regional Head Coaches will be invited to a National Squad selection day at Loughborough on the weekend of 20th/21st September.
