With not a second to waste, it’s time to plan ahead for a number of upcoming British Triathlon Age-Group Championships.

In no time at all the season will be underway and with a jam-packed 2015, it’s easy for dates to slip past the radar.

Importantly, if you are vying for Great Britain Age-Group Team qualification, it’s vital you get ahead of the game and register your intent to qualify.

Kicking off the stampede is the Clumber Park Duathlon which again is playing host to the British Duathlon Championships, as it did in 2014. Taking place on March 21, it gives a chance to shake off the winter and test your fitness at the start of the new season.

The event also acts as a qualifying event for the 2015 ITU World Championships Sprint and Standard Distance Duathlon, as well as the 2016 ETU European Championships Sprint and Standard Distance Duathlon.

Entries are also open for the St Neots Sprint Triathlon on May 10. This will double up as the British Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships, located in Cambridgeshire’s Riverside Park.

The British Middle Distance Championships will take place June 7, hosted by the Bala Middle Triathlon who are also already accepting entries for the event.
