The 2014 Triathlon England - National Aquathlon Championship was held on Saturday, 13 September as part of the Nice Tri Aquathlon at St. Neots, Cambridgeshire.
The morning was blessed with fine weather and tough competition amongst the Age Groups, with athletes competing in the penultimate Triathlon England Championship of the 2014 season - this event having been rescheduled after cancellation of the original May date.
Raced over a 750m river swim and a 5km run, the fastest athlete of the day was Nathan Tweedie (Pactrac) who lead out of the swim and was never headed, coming home to a clear victory, while Natalie Thomas had to pass Youth athlete Emer Wintsch (Team MK) in the late stages of the run to be the first female across the line.

The final Triathlon England Championship race for 2014 where the Cross Duathlon titles will be at stake, will be the Evil Sheriif Off Road Duathlon on 8 November.
