Position available: Regional Head Coach for the South East Region

Triathlon England South East Region are looking to appoint a Regional Head Coach who will be able to build and lead a Regional Academy capable of developing athletes to become national and internationally recognised triathletes.

The key responsibilities are to deliver an academy that focuses on high quality, individual coaching, and to provide ongoing coaching for athletes on the academy, if required, and to monitor athletes development and provide oversight on athlete programmes.

The Regional Head Coach will also encourage coaches within the Region, and assist them in their progress, and encourage an environment that focuses on long term success.

He/she will liaise with the Regional Committee, together with Regional Programme Managers, and will seek to establish contacts with sponsors and local organisations to develop better support for the academy.

To be considered for this position you must be a level 3 triathlon coach, with experience of coaching young people.  A full job description is available on request from keith.pepper@southeasttri.org.

This position holds an honorarium of £2,000.
