If you would like to win the singed T-shirt all you have to do is send in a picture of you coaching.

In order for your image to be eligiable to win it must meet the following critieria.

• You must have permission from all individuals in the image for it to be used by us in our newsletter
• It must be be a picuture taken by you, or of you in a coaching environment. 

It couldn't be much simpler!

There will also be runner up prizes that include P20 suncream and Whole Earth Peanut butter.
