In the men’s event, current world champions, Matthew Emmerson (PT4), Dave Ellis (PT5) and Chris Goodwin (PT5 B1) are all competing with Chris Goodwin aiming to continue his world-leading performances that saw him win recently in both Hyde Park and the recent European Championships in Kitzbuhel.
 

Mark Conway (PT1), Andrew Lewis (PT2), Chris Frost (PT4), Haseeb Ahmad PT5 B1 and George Peasgood (PT4) will also be in action in what is a strong British team in Italy.
 

In the women’s races, world champions Jane Egan (PT1) and Melissa Reid (PT5) are the sole representatives from Great Britain, but with their track record of medal-winning performances, they will be aiming for more success in Italy.
 

The racing starts at 5pm on Saturday.
