Do you want to get involved with one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK and don’t know where to start? Do you think you arent quite fit enough for Triathlon? Think again!
The sports development team of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, in partnership with Berkshire Tri Squad and Legacy Leisure, is running a GO TRI Training session on Saturday 21st November 2015, so why not come along and give it a try. The session is aimed at individuals who are 16+ years old – adults.
The GO TRI Training session will give you the opportunity to get experience in all three disciplines – swimming, cycling and running – with advice from qualified coaches. It is ideal for those new to triathlon or who already train in one or two of the disciplines.
You will also be able to talk to knowledgeable local triathletes to find out about triathlon clubs and events taking place in the local area over a tea or coffee.

What to bring:
• Swimming costume/shorts (indoor swimming)
• Towel
• Trainers suitable for running and cycling
• Suitable clothing for running and cycling
• Note: you do NOT need to bring a bike, as the cycling will take place on a stationary spin bike
