Triathlon is coming to Guildford!
A new triathlon event hosted by the state-of-the-art Surrey Sports Park is planned for 29th May 2016. The event will involve a sprint distance triathlon for adults, and shorter “Tristar” distance aquathlon events for children.
“It is great to be bringing a triathlon event to Guildford. We’ve got just 500 places, so register today!” said Event Director, Toby Jenkins. “The Guildford Triathlon will be a fantastic, fun event!”
Athletes will complete their swim in the 50 meter Surrey Sports Park pool before taking to their bikes on quiet roads to the North West of Guildford. The off road run will take in trails across University of Surrey owned land. Children will complete their run on the Sports Park fields following a pool swim.
