Regional Series Results Now Available

Congratulations to all the juniors and youths who took part in the events in the regional series of 2014.

All the events were club run events and we feel it important to support our local clubs and junior athletes. 

With more open water events this year there were definitely plenty of events to choose from and challenge our junior athletes.  There were over 500 athletes who took part in the series which was fantastic.  We also had lots of first time athletes taking part in the very exciting sport of triathlon and hope to see them again next year.

If you are not a member of a local club please do contact your nearest club who would be very happy to help support your triathlon.  Likewise if you are able to help within any of the clubs please do let them know, especially hosting events as these can't take place without the support of volunteers.  Just a little help really does go a long way to help the smooth running of events.

IRC Team 2014

Following the final race in the series we have pleasure in announcing the Team for 2014 who will represent the region at the Inter Regional Championships to be held on the 22nd August at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham.

We wish the team good luck at the event in August!
