Come and join us for the inaugural Denbigh Dash Sprint Duathlon. Taking place in the stunning grounds of Newnham Paddox.
Distance
The race consists of a 5km run in the grounds of Newnham Paddox. The run is a cross country run over rough farm track and through park land, passing the beautiful lakes within the estate.
The 20km bike leg goes through Monks Kirby and Pailton, taking in part of the Wolvey time trial course. The circuit is undulating and offers a potentially fast bike leg.
The second 5km run is a reverse of the first finishing back at the original start line.

There is plenty of free onsite parking and we intend to start the race at 10.00am avoiding too early a get up time.

£15 for Triathlon England members
£20 for non Triathlon England members
