The PruHealth World Triathlon Grand Final London are set to host a training day in Hyde Park next Monday 5 August with four-time World Ironman Champion, Chrissie Wellington on hand to answer any triathlon questions from triathletes and members of the public.
The training day is open to all and will include the unique opportunity run part of the 2013 ITU Age-Group World Championship course alongside Olympic 400m bronze medal winner Kelly Sotherton and three-time triathlon Olympian, Kris Gemmell.
The run will begin at midday on Serpentine road on Monday - everyone is invited - so pop out from your lunch break and come and train with world champions and Olympians.

The PruHealth World Triathlon Grand Final London welcomes the world’s best back to Hyde Pak from 11 to 15 September. The free-to-view event includes elite, paratriathlon and age-group ITU World Championship racing with over 1,000 GB Age-Group athletes in action as they have the unique opportunity to compete for world titles in front of their friends and family.
