Overview
An early season pool based sprint, taking place in the magnificent grounds of Bilton Grange School. The swim takes place in the schools five lane 25mt pool before heading out into the country roads of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. The run consists of a 2 lap 5km run through the magnificent school grounds, mostly on grass, before finishing near the transition area.
