An out and back 5K run, which is fast and flat on the trail path of Carsington water! followed by a 30K undulating bike ride and finishing off with the same 5K run as the first run. This is an ideal end of season event for both novices and seasoned athletes alike. There will be 2 mass start waves starting at 8am and 8.20am.
