Ladies only try-a-tri. Swim 200m in the ladies only swim session Bike 5km on the gym bike Run 2km on a tread mill. This event aims to encourage women to have a go at triathlon in a relaxed environment. The emphasis is on enjoyment and completion rather than "racing". The swim, cycle and run sections will be timed, though you will have time to change between the sections which is not timed.
