This event is great for anyone wanting to dip their toes in an open water multi-sport event for the first time with likeminded people aged 15 and up. You will swim 400m in open water followed by a multi terrain 5k run around the park. Registration will open at 18.00 with the event starting at 18.30. There will be wetsuit hire available on the day along with a full consultation about what type of wetsuit is best for you. Changing rooms and toilets/showers are provided along with free parking. Costing only £7 with a hot drink at the end.

We are a NOWCA accredited lake using an information band where you'll be able to add your emergency details on the day for your full safety.
