GO TRI Triathlon consists of a 200m pool swim a 10km road bike ride and a 2km off-road run.Open to entrants aged 16 and above on the day of racing. This event aims to encourage beginners to have a go at Triathlon in a relaxed environment. The emphasis is on enjoyment and completion rather than "racing". The swim, bike and run sections will be timed altogether (no splits) and you will have time to change clothing between the sections.Please make sure you arrive and register 30 minutes prior to your start time and be changed and poolside 10 minutes before for your briefing.Limited spaces are available to enhance the quality of the competitor experience. It will not be a big race. It will be fun and it will be a first time event for most people.
