2 options of entry available: 1- Single/Team entry (2/3 person in a team) 300m swim (12 lengths), 8 mile bike ride, 2.5 mile run 2- 200m swim (8 lengths), 6 mile bike ride, 1.5 mile run The swim is in the pool at Workington leisure centre, the bike is on the cycle path leading out from the centre and the run is off road on a path. This is the 1st GO TRI event in the North of Cumbria.
