One of the UK's best loved sprint triathlon races held in the beautiful seaside resort of Porthcawl, South Wales. Once again this is a Welsh Championship race and should attract the best local talent but it is a great race for the hundreds of novices that normally turn out as well. 750m sea swim in a sheltered bay and from a RNLI slipway, followed by an awesome transition area to a 22k rolling bike ride through spectacular coastal scenery and then onto one of the best seafront runs you will ever experience (also a park run course). This event has sold out for the past three years so don't leave it late.
