West Midlands Region Open Water Taster Day

Are you looking to step up from pool based events to Open Water events?  

West Midlands Region will be hosting an Open Water Taster Day on Saturday 4th July 2009, 10am - 4pm.

VENUE:  Top Barn Activity Centre, Top Barn Farm, Holt Heath, Worcester WR6 6NH

This training day is aimed at anyone who has not done any, or very little, open water swimming. The day is open to everyone from ages 8 years and upwards.

Coaching will be provided by Triathlon England qualified Level 3 and Level 2 coaches, and an ABCC Level 3 coach.

• 3 x 2 hour sessions swim / bike / run
• concentrating on technical aspects of all disciplines
• sighting and navigating in open water
• transition training
• cycle gearing
• race day program and triathlon event rules

CONFIRM IN ADVANCE - PAY ON DAY:  Adults £7.50  Under 18's £2.50
