 1.Welcome 2.Minutes of last AGM 3.Chair Report 4.Treasurer Report 5.Regional Programme Manager Report 6.Other Committee Reports 7.Regional Committee Elections 8.Any Other Business  Committee Elections: At each AGM the current committee members stand down from their positions on the committee.Current committee members can be re-elected into their position or any other position on the committee.New members can be elected onto the committee at the AGM. If you would like to nominate yourself or nominate someone else to be elected onto the regional committee please do so no later than Monday 12th October 2009 and forward details to Steve Moore, Regional Committee Secretary – smoore@englandathletics.org Please note – elections will be cast by show of hands. In the case of a split vote, the chair of the meeting will have casting vote.All regional members have the right to vote. Positions that will be available for election at the AGM are: Â
