British Triathlon and Triathlon England are looking to recruit two administrator roles to provide high quality support, customer service and solutions both internally and externally. Completing a newly formed administration team and critical business service, the roles will provide administrative support to the delivery of our development strategy. They will involve working with internal colleagues to support programmes and projects as well as providing services and answering queries to external customers such as clubs, coaches, volunteers and programme participants.

The service and work of the team will be varied, broad in scope and constantly evolving as we develop and deliver new programmes, projects and services to the swim, bike, run community. We are looking for people who thrive in this environment and can bring about efficient, high quality yet adaptable administrative support to our development team.
The successful candidates will have some experience of administrative work and be able to work across multiple online systems and databases. Proficiency with Microsoft packages will be required as well as the ability to learn bespoke systems as well as work collaboratively with colleagues to improve such systems and wider processes for the benefit of the organisation.

British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon. Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University. PLEASE NOTE this role will initially be offered on a "work from home" basis due to the Covid19 pandemic, however it is planned that the usual place of work will be at the British Triathlon Loughborough Headquarters located at Loughborough University.
