Have you got what it takes to make a difference?
The team at British Triathlon has written this job ad many times over the past few months – we still probably haven’t perfected it, but that’s okay. We’re comfortable with it. Are you comfortable with being uncomfortable? It’s a tricky thing to get used to, but it’s a vital component of our team.
Being passionate about marketing and sport is one thing but have you got what it takes to make a difference? We’re looking for an experienced marketer who’s up for a challenge, who has a curious mind and prefers to zig when others zag.
The successful candidate will join a really important part of the organisation. It’s seen plenty of change over the past twelve months but the direction we’re headed is an exciting one and there’s a seat available for the ride. You will have the opportunity to help craft the way this National Governing Body engages with its community and to help build momentum ahead of the anticipated Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics.
Our home is Loughborough, although everyone’s office is currently unique and there’s plenty more children and pets involved in daily calls as we work from home during the pandemic.
In addition to your competitive salary, there are lots of other perks, including:
• Pension scheme that’s matched up to 6%
• Bupa Cashback Healthcare Scheme
• Treat yourself with PerkBox Discounts
• Fancy a new bike? Year-round Cycle to Work scheme available
• Discounts on Campus gym membership and access to world class facilities
• Free campus parking so you can park right by the front door
In the best way you see fit, please demonstrate your suitability for the role by communicating with email@example.com. This could be a covering letter, CV, video or otherwise, you do you.
At the bottom of this page you will find a link to a full Job Description and if you have any enquiries prior to applying for the role, our Head of Marketing will be happy to help and can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
Closing Date: Midnight 18 April 2021
