Paralympic Pathway Regional Coach

An effective Paratriathlon Pathway (underpinned by World Class Basics and World Class Culture) is critical to the delivery of BTF’s Performance Mission for the Paris cycle - Developing People and Delivering Excellence to Inspire Growth.

British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy, and achieve in triathlon.

Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.

We are looking to recruit two Paralympic Pathway Regional Coaches. This role will be key to ensuring that all athletes entering and progressing on the Paratriathlon Pathway have a well-established training environment where they can be Developed and have the foundations laid to be able to Deliver Excellence in the future.  Additionally, the role will seek to Grow the pathway by proactively searching for new athletes capable of progressing through the Pathway.

The role will be home based and will require travel throughout the designated region, however, the nature of the role will require evening and weekend working and domestic and possible international travel.
