British Triathlon is looking to appoint members from across the sports community and sustainability landscape to form part of the British Triathlon Sustainability Commission.
The Commission will help British Triathlon devise a robust and affective sustainability framework which helps protect our natural environment and promote a healthy and sustainable sport, to allow future generations to enjoy the activities we are so passionate about.
British Triathlon wants to encourage diverse and well-informed representation from clubs, membership, Event Organisers and elite athletes from across the Home Nations and sustainability experts worldwide.
The successful candidate will bring an expertise and keen interest in sport and sustainability policy. You will be able to initially meet at least four times over a 4–6-month timeframe to steer the development of a sustainability policy, thereafter meet on a 6-monthly basis to monitor and report on the progress and implementation of the policy.
