The Triathlon Trust has a proud heritage, having made a meaningful impact on thousands of children’s lives over many years, and is an integral part of the British Triathlon family.

We’re committed to changing lives through active places, but couldn’t do this important work without our dedicated team of Triathlon Trust ambassadors, trustees, partners, sponsors, and volunteers. As our new Company Secretary trustee, you will play a significant part in shaping the future of the Triathlon Trust.

Key areas of responsibility

• Review and advise on the Trust’s governance, legal and secretariat requirements and provide informed advice and support to the Board.
• Provide advice and counsel to the Trust on various charity and financial regulations that they operate within.
• Deal with company secretarial administration and compliance issues.

On average, the role is likely to require a maximum of one day a month of your time.
