EduCare are experts in safeguarding and duty of care.
The vision of EduCare and British Triathlon’s partnership is to educate as many people as possible (including volunteers, coaches, parents and members) in the broad areas of duty of care, remove ignorance and put barriers in place to discourage abuse in sport.
EduCare for Sport® is EduCare’s comprehensive e-learning service for the sports sector and contains a broad range of online courses including Child Protection, Equality & Diversity, Safer Recruitment and Safeguarding Young People.
First Ascent is British Triathlon’s partner for Leadership and Management Development. We provide development programmes based on contemporary science and research that maximise the performance of leaders, teams and organisations.
We support the Board and Executive teams of British Triathlon and the Home Nations to ensure they are able to perform at their best and achieve their ambitions for the sport of Triathlon. We also assist in the recruitment of key leadership talent to the organisation and have provided high performance coaching.
First Ascent work in close partnership with organisations across a variety of sectors. We are approved partners to UK Sport, Sport England and Sport Wales. Our clients include over 15 Sport NGBs in the UK, as well as global commercial organisations, public sector bodies and charitable organisations.

This Girl Can - Sport England
This Girl Can is a national campaign celebrating active women everywhere who are doing their thing, no matter how they do it, how they look or even how sweaty they get.
We hope that across Britain, women and girls will be inspired by This Girl Can, to get out there to wiggle, jiggle, do some triathlon and prove that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome.
YHA and British Triathlon have teamed up to bring triathlon to beginners. Pairing British Triathlon’s knowhow with YHA’s unique facilities and warm welcome, the partnership is all set to deliver a series of fun activities to an informal community of like-minded people looking to dip their toes in the water of this increasingly popular sport.
With a unique network of hostels spread throughout England & Wales’ most beautiful and inspiring landscapes, YHA couldn’t be better placed to host triathlon activities and events. Plus, the benefits to the partnership are huge. Not only will British Triathlon members receive annual YHA membership for just £1 from 1st April 2017, Home Nation affiliated triathlon clubs will have access to discounted conference and meeting facilities at YHA properties nationwide.
SH2OUT - RLSS UK
British Triathlon and the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) recognise the growth of open water swimming and the need to develop its existing infrastructure to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for new and existing swimmers.
SH2OUT is an exciting new programme that has been developed to further promote and progress open water swimming and the safety within the sport. By contributing to the sport’s growth, the partnership will provide appropriate resources and support the development of standards that ensure safe and compelling experiences for participants.
British Rowing and British Triathlon, the national governing bodies (NGBs) responsible for creating the innovative mass participation products Go Row Indoor and GO TRI, have announced a partnership to cross-promote and align their activities.
Reflecting market demand, the partnership will also explore opportunities to develop new indoor rowing triathlon challenges, events and other supporting resources.
GO TRI is in partnership with Parkwood Leisure delivering GO TRI Gym activities across England. Currently GO TRI is being run in 12 Parkwood Leisure facilities across England with the opportunity to expand further.
Parkwood operates over 87 diverse facilities for a wide range of locations and clients. Over the course of twenty year of operation, Parkrwood have assembled the expertise, brands and experience to successfully manage all manner of leisure contracts and are able to work on projects of varying size, scope and scale while delivering consistent results.
Parkwood take their role as a community champion incredibly seriously, doing everything they can to promote exercise and healthy living amongst local residents. Whether it’s sport development and community inclusion work, charitable events and fundraising activities or a our continual drive to get people active, Parkwood are continually striving to affect positive change within their local surroundings.
British Triathlon, the national governing body for triathlon in the UK, will be a Supporter of Sport Relief 2018.
British Triathlon is aiming to generate £25,000 for the charity through a range of fundraising initiatives and will be helping the nation get active through a GO TRI workout on the new Sport Relief app.
For the first time ever, this year’s Sport Relief sees every corner of the UK become home to a challenge as the whole nation comes together to beat one billion steps a day, every day, from 17th to 23rd March. The brand-new Sport Relief App will unlock exclusively celebrity content and ensure that every step counts across the week. On the app will be exclusive content featuring British Triathlon rising star Olivia Mathias, as she takes on a bespoke workout circuit that will prepare you for the GO TRI Gym Challenge.
