Established in 1993, we are a diverse, inclusive, friendly and sociable adult and junior club (founded in 2008). We offer well rounded training opportunities throughout the year in and around the Crystal Palace and the surrounding areas. We cater for all levels – beginners; social training; GB Age Group and beyond. Our members participate in all the multisport race distances as well as single sport events in the UK and abroad
