Rhondda Triathlon Club
We are a small but expanding club based in the Rhondda Valley and we cater for a wide range of abilities. Our members consists of newcomers to very experienced athletes. We encourage members to compete in various triathlon distances and we have three coached swims per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ), one running session on a Wednesday and an informal group ride on a Sunday.
