Tri-Lakeland was formed in 1987 by local athlete Barry Johnson and has grown fairly rapidly in the last few years and now boasts over 100 members.  We're a very friendly triathlon club based in and around the beautiful market town of Cockermouth on the western edge of the Lake District. The club has developed over the last few years to cater for a growing demand from it's members and now include weekly run, bike, and swim sessions. We also organise The Bassenthwaite Triathlon.
