Triathlon is an embedded element of VCGH, with over 50 members also being involved in multisport. We cater for all abilities and preferred distances, from experienced Age-Group world championship racers to beginners, and offer a fun and inclusive environment in which to train and race. Our training sessions cater for all levels, including coached swim and brick sessions, in addition to regular club rides and cycle training sessions.
