East Midlands Region AGM and Awards 2019

On the 13th of October, the East Midland Regional Committee will be holding its Annual Regional Meeting and Awards, which will include free to attend 45 minute seminars.

Here are the options for the sessions:

  • A Q&A session on “ClubSpark” which is a New FREE Club Management System that will be available to all clubs as part of the annual Triathlon England subscription...
  • A session on “The road to becoming an Age Grouper” hosted by Nick Davis, who is an Age Grouper as well as an Age Group Manager, covering topics on how to qualify and what to expect when you travel abroad and everything in between…
  • Meeting your Regional Committee” which will be a Q&A session giving you the chance to tell us what’s important to your club and to ask how the Regional Committee can help you and your club…
  • A Q&A session on “Volunteering” how to recruit, retain and get the best out of your volunteers…

 

Lunch is provided free of charge, followed by the AGM and a keynote talk by Nicky Dick the British Triathlon Board Member responsible for Age Groupers. After this we move on to the presentation of the awards to the winners of the various categories in the Workforce Awards and the East Midlands Junior Race Series.

10.30 am – 11.15 am      Session 1 or Session 2

11.15 am – 11.30 am      Coffee Break

11.30 am – 12.15 noon Session 3 or Session 4

12.30 pm – 1.00 pm        Lunch

1.00 pm – 1.30 pm           AGM

1.30 pm – 2.00 pm           Keynote Talk

2.00 pm – 3.30 pm           The Awards

3.30 pm                                Close
