Thank you to NiceTri events for organising the Anglian Water Standard Distance Triathlon last Sunday (6th August) and hosting our regions Standard Distance Championships within it.
The biggest event in the 2017 Adult League calander has thus far been the Anglian Water Standard Distance Championships held at Grafham Water hosted by Nice Tri Events. Nearly 500 competitors finished the race with over 100 of them being Triathlon England members connected to the East region.
Many competitors were competiting for the honour of wearing GB trisuits at a 2018 Age Group Championship race for the East members it was also for the title of regional champion and to improve individual and club standings within the 2017 East Region League.
