The AGM will start 7:30pm at the Stansted Novotel (formerly Stansted Hilton) and will include:

• Reports on the 2018 Triathlon England East Region year including;
  • Chairman’s report
  • Financials
  • Regional Academy
  • Development work by Regional Manager
• Election of officers.  All roles need to be re-elected each year.
  • Chair – position being vacated. A candidate has been identified, nominations of other candidates are being sort.
  • Secretary – position being vacated.  Nominations of candidates are being sort.
  • Treasurer – current treasurer is willing to re-stand.
  • Adult league coordinator – new volunteers have been co-opted
  • Junior League coordinator – a new volunteer has been identified.
  • Technical Officials Co-Ordinator – willing to re-stand
  • Committee members without portfolio
  • Council Representative – three year post next due for election in 2020.
• Presentation of Regional Workforce awards
  • Volunteer of the Year
  • Young Volunteer of the Year
  • Technical Official of the Year
  • Children’s Coach of the Year
  • Participation Coach of the Year
  • Children’s Event of the Year
  • Club Event of the Year
  • Commercial Event of the Year
  • GO TRI Organiser of the Year
  • Club of the Year
• Presentation of Regional Adult League Winners.
  • 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd for Men and Women in each of the categories of Junior (17-19), Senior (20-39), Veteran (40-54) and Super Veteran (55+)
  • 1^st place Club in Club League.

A buffet along with teas and coffees will be available.
 
Attendance to the East Region AGM is free. There is no need to book a ticket, though indication of attendance to chair@triathlonenglandeast.org would be appreciated.
 
Presentation of Junior League Awards (8-16) will take place on 17 November alongside a bowling trip.  Exact details will be confirmed nearer the time, but likely to be near Chelsmford. Watch out for further details on Facebook, Twitter and the monthly TE member‘s newsletter.
