Wondering which events to enter for 2019? Register for the 2019 East Region Adult League events.
The events in 2019 that will comprise the East Regions Adult League are listed below. The series comprises 20 events, three of which are championship races and one is a relay.
An individuals position in the league is determined by their best 3 results from those races in the league, with a spread across distances required. Though for Juniors (U20) just sprint distances count.
A club's position in the Club League is determined by their five best events where three males and two females results count.
All individuals do need to be Triathlon England members who have East as their region and club on their membership is who they count their points towards.
