The 2017 Relays will be held on 28 May and there will be discounts available for entry before 31 January 2017
Whilst the venue and format will stay the same, this year the event is taking place much earlier in the season and we are encouraging early entry with a discount available until end January. Single team entries can enjoy a £10 discount by entering before end January, clubs with bulk entries can enjoy £14 per team for entries of more than 5 teams.
To try and assist clubs who struggle to arrange teams there is a new process available for doing so:-
- At point of entry only a contact name is required, not the team member names
- For BACS payments received before end January there will be a £14 discount per team
- Extra teams can be added after end January with payment made at the time of entry (not discounted)
- 3 weeks before the club contact will be sent a team sheet which must be sent back 7 days before the event.
