Hadleigh Farm hosted our annual Women's Novice Coaching Day on Saturday 29th October.

Ten Women attended the Women's Novice Coaching Day held at Hadleigh Farm Mountain Bike Park, Essex on Saturday 29 October. They were coached by Zena Shean and Janice Brown both Level 2 British Triathlon coaches from East Essex Tri Club.

Skills practised on the day included basic run and biking drills along with transition pracitse in order to give the women confidence to enter their first GO TRI event and hopefully other triathlon events in 2017.

Some have already entered South End Triathlon due to take place in May, so training has started early.
