Monster Middle in Ely hosted the Eastern Region Championships on Sunday and the winners can be announced.

- Senior (20-39) Andrew Diplock (Cambridge Triathlon Club) and Suzy Knights (Beccles Triathlon Club).
- Veteran (40-54) Carl James and Lynn Emmett (Tri-Anglia).
- Super Veteran champions (55+) was Paul Lewis (Tri-Anglia).
