Lizzy Campbell joins the East as the new Regional Manager!

Hi Everyone!

I am pleased to be taking up the role as East of England Regional Development Manager and I am looking forward to getting to know you all and work to develop triathlon across the region!

I have been involved in sports development for 9 years having studied at Leeds Trinity University and Volunteered through my studies at North Yorkshire Sport. I have come across to British Triathlon from British Gymnastics where I have held different roles originally working across the region to develop Gymnastics and most recently a national role focusing on the development of Gymnastics within Leisure centres.

Whilst I am not a Triathlete, I have been involved with sports from a young age. I grew up playing any and every sport I could access. I very much enjoy the country side and the animals that go with that, so it may not be a surprise I am predominantly a horse rider, taking part in low level competitions, still occasionally dabbling in other sports, so who knows I could one day be taking part in a GO TRI myself. 

I am super excited about starting work with this region and I look forward to meeting you all!
