The East Region Relay Championships are back for 2023! This is an event not to be missed, as the best clubs in the region go head to head at Box End Park on 23rd July for the title of Regional Champions!
The long-awaited Relay Championships are being hosted by Go Beyond Challenge at is Box End Park, Kempston, Bedford MK43 8RQ on Sunday 23rd July.
The 3-person team format will be used with 3 x Swim, 3 x Bike and 3 x Run with both the swim and the run in Box End Park making for great racing. The bike course is out on the local roads, easy to follow with a mixture of country lanes and some fast sections.
The event is perfect for bringing those new and longstanding members of your club together for a day of fun and celebration of their hard work in training.
The full course comprises 750m lake swim, 23K bike and 5K run within the confines of the park.
Prizes are to be won for the top 3 Female, Male and Mixed teams in each age category: Senior 20-39, Veteran 40-54, Super Veteran 55+
Box End Park offers an excellent opportunity to see the action and support your team members and has ample room for Club gazebos or a supporter’s area. The race promises to be a highlight of the East Region calendar, and one not to be missed!
