The Regional Development Manager covers the whole of the Eastern counties of Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
The job of the Regional Manager is to deliver the agreed national operational plans of British Triathlon and Triathlon England in the East Region in line with the British Triathlon four year strategic plan.
The Regional Manager is not part of the Regional Committee but will support the Regional Committee to generate a strategic regional plan that contributes to the attainment of national targets, addresses specific regional needs and supports targeted geographical development.
The Regional Manager reports to the Regional Committee regarding all Triathlon England programmes.
