Llanelli Multi-Sport Festival
Event Overview
The Sospan Sprint Triathlon Llanelli, as part of the wider Llanelli Multi-Sport Festival, returns to the series once again in 2021 providing an excellent beach start open water swim event for the beginning of the season.
Saturday 15 May will see an exciting schedule of high-quality draft-legal racing across the event as all three Super Series come together at one event. The second leg of the Paratri Super Series will be held over a sprint distance course. With the exception of male tier two Juniors, Junior and Senior athletes will race together also over a sprint distance course. Youth A and Youth B athletes will race together over a supersprint distance.
Apply for a Race Start
Due to the competition for places at Super Series events, entry is via an application process. Any athlete who would like to race must register to apply for a place below by the specified closing date.
Youth and Junior Super Series
Any Youth or Junior athlete wishing to race must attend the Performance Assessment weekend. Further information on the entry process for the Youth and Junior Super Series can be found here and on Performance Assessments here.
Senior Super Series
- Only identified athletes from the eight British Triathlon Affiliated Training Centres of Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Eastbourne, Leeds, Loughborough, Nottingham and Stirling plus athletes who competed in the 2018 or 2019 Junior Super Series should register via the Senior button
- All other British based athletes should register via the Age Group button
- International athletes who would like to apply should email superseries@britishtriathlon.org
Successful applicants will be allocated a start place and sent a code to enter via the event website by a specified time. Failure to do so will see the start place offered to another athlete on the wait list.
