Eton Sprints Weekend – South Central
The iconic Dorney Lake hosted more multisport action this weekend. The Eton Sprints Weekend showcased three multisport events including the 2021 World Triathlon Sprint Distance Triathlon World Championship Qualifiers.
The qualifier took place across a 750m swim, 21.2km cycle and final 5km run, with James Hodgson recording the fastest time out of the 537 athletes taking part. The fastest of the women on the day overall was Hannah Flaherty, who crossed the line in 01:09:59 and was closely followed by Molly Savill.
There were also sprint and supersprint races that took place across the flat, closed-road circuit and tarmac paths surrounding the lake. You can find the results for each race using the button below.
Team MK Kids Duathlon 2021 – South Central
The National Bowl in Milton Keynes hosted a brand-new event that welcomed young athletes of all abilities to join in with a duathlon event. The youngsters enjoyed a grass-based run and closed road bike circuit over distances from TriStar Start to Youth.
Southport Triathlon – North West
Hosting a 2021 Europe Triathlon Standard Distance Triathlon European Championship Qualifier, Southport Triathlon welcomed a number of age-group athletes looking to secure their place in the European championships next year.
John Thelwell was the fastest of the men across the standard distance, crossing the finish line in 01:54:22. It was Hayley Rigby who was the fastest of the women, finishing with a time of 02:11:19.

GO TRI Manchester Airport Duathlon – North West
More GO TRI took place in the North West with the ever-popular Manchester Airport Duathlon. Those who participated took on a 2.5km run, 18km cycle and final 2.5km run. The results can be found using the button below.
Arundel Lido Triathlon – South East
With the return to activity giving athletes across the country much to look forward to, the Arundel Lido Triathlon eased its participants into multisport events with a chilled out swim, bike, run in the town of Arundel, West Sussex. Not only did participants enjoy standard, sprint and relay triathlon, but they could also opt for sprint and standard aquabike races, making this a great event to kickstart the season for many.
Crystal Palace Duathlon - London
Crystal Place Triathlon had to transform into a duathlon due to ongoing repairs to the venue’s swimming pool. However, many budding multisport athletes still enjoyed this classic event that made a fantastic comeback in 2005. Westonbirt Duathlon – South West
After its inaugural event, the Westonbirt Duathlon returned this year and welcomed athletes to the National Arboretum for a 32km run, bike, run surrounded by spectacular natural surroundings. Find the results using the button below.
