35th East Grinstead Triathlon

Event Overview
Held on the Edge of the Ashdown forest this is one of the oldest and friendliest triathlons in Sussex.
Suitable for those new to the sport as well as the seasoned triathlete we offer a sprint triathlon where you will swim 400m in a pool, cycle 25k round the beautiful Sussex countryside, and finish with a 5k run through the historic town of East Grinstead. We also run the renowned Ladies only Try a Tri which consists of 8 lengths of the pool (breast stroke, doggy paddle, front crawl - whatever it takes!) 11k bike and 2.5k run. This is one event not to miss!
Run by the local East Grinstead Tri club we are expecting another sell out event for our 35th anniversary so come and join us to celebrate and have an experience to remember!
