Ardingly - Swim The Lake - (Beta)

Event Overview

Based at the Ardingly reservoir at the Activity Centre. 'Swim the Lake- (Beta)' has three distances around a lapping 750m triangular course. 3km, 1.5km and 750m Course marked by clear large yellow buoys. Support craft available. A great venue for swimming as the start, finish and the whole swim course is visible from the 'wall'.  Dependant on the 'health' situation there should be changing, showers and toilet facilities available for competitors.

This event will be a mass start (unless protocols covid-19 are back in force) . An event medal or donation to charity - vote available to all competitors. The winning preference will be applied to all taking part. Details on entry.

Entries online available until Tues 14th June 18:00 unless event is full. The 'Beta' event is limited to 200 competitors is bigger than the event last month and enjoys the use of the parking at the college.

Only adult entries (18yrs+) allowed (19yrs for 3km), reservoir rules, sorry.

Wetsuits are compulsory for this event up to & including 23 degrees C.  So No wetsuit- No Swim!!
