Meeting point
The run route takes competitors East along Stokes Bay promenade with views out to the Solent and Isle of Wight.
For the Spring distance there is a section of off-road to negotiate.
The bike leg takes competitors in the other direction, heading West along a flat, straight road towards Daedalus airfield before turning and heading back to the start.

Overview
Bayside Autumn Duathlon will take place on Sunday 5th November 2017 at Stokes Bay, Gosport. The award winning event, now in it's third year, is being organised by Bayside Tri Club.
Two distances are available:
Super Sprint Duathlon - 2.5km run / 10km bike / 2.5km run
Sprint Duathlon - 5km run / 20km bike / 5km run.
The event will start and finish at the carpark adjacent to Bayside Cabin.
