Cosmeston Spring Duathlon

Event Overview
This ever popular Spring Duathlon is back!! Run 5km in the surroundings of Cosmeston Lake Country Park; followed by a 19km cycle on the open road; and finish with a 2.5km run in the confines of the park. Race starts st 7:30am, registration opens at 6:00am. Further event details will be emailed out closer to race day.
