Overview
The Second Splash and Dash (Aquathlon) of the season is on Saturday 18th August at 6pm. Meeting at St Helens Old Church, Duver road, PO33 1UZ.
As an open water swim we strongly advise that wetsuits are warn, the Transition area is a grassed area off of the beach, with the run taking place on mixed terrain.
Please arrive in plenty of time to set up you equipment and familiarise yourself with the routes. Marshals and the event organisers are on hand to answer any questions and offer guidance for anyone new to the sport.
