Overview
GO TRI event based at he Granary (Amble Health and Leisure Club) and is a brilliant venue for a first tri.
Adult Tri (Age 14+ on 31st Dec2017)
200m swim, 3 mile bike, 1km run on grass
The pool is 20m, the bike is out and back on the very quiet link road and the run is 2 laps of the 500m circuit of the grass opposite the pool.
Junior Tri (Age 9-13 on 31st Dec 2017)
80m swim, 1km bike on grass, 500m run on grass
The pool is 20m, the bike and the run is laps of the 500m circuit of the grass opposite the pool.
