After its successful return the Mold Sprint Triathlon is back again. It proved to be an absolute early season must and is a great test of that hard earned winter fitness. Ideal for both the novice and seasoned triathlete alike with its super friendly atmosphere and stunning location. From the pool based swim, the bike course takes in the infamous climbs of the "Rainbow" and Eryrys before an exhilarating return to Mold. The run heads west out of town for 2 laps of a 2.5km loop coming back to the Sports Centre. Fully chipped timed with full transition breakdown.
