Amman Valley Sprint Triathlon

Event Overview
Perfect event for complete novices or experienced triathletes to finish off the triathlon season.
The event starts with a 400m swim in the Ammanford Leisure Centre swimming pool with a 17km bike ride through the Amman Valley. The route takes cyclists up to the mini roundabout in Glanamman before they return to the Leisure Centre. After safely dismounting from your bike you will then finish the event with a 5km run which will take runners through a few streets in Ammanford and onto the new Sustrans cycle path before returning to a hero’s welcome at the Leisure Centre.
